The TK-Bear Crew

Just to give an update to all those looking forward to double the astromech fun, Tk bear and lonewolf are hard at work gearing up to attack the construction of Bear’s second r2 and Lonewolf’s first R3. Lonewolf is making all the detail bits for the droids right now and bear is prepping the materials for the frames. In a few short weeks there will be a flurry of droid building activity. What better way to spend Christmas break then building a droid?

Well the crew is back from mid-ohio-con, and we had a blast. Pictures are being organized, and will be uploaded by the end of the week, along with photos from all of the other past events we have done recently, now that I am entering the last week of class for 2004.

Hey all, Cadet here giving you the post operation report. Sugoi*Con was a blast! Anime Fans know how to have a blast and can sure show a Trooper a good time.



I was at the con Friday and Saturday. Friday I hung out there with my Friends Travis and Shoemaker, and Mike Moyer (Vaovet) came out to the event and hung out with us. I shot some footage for the Bear, posed for lots of pictures, and met a cool guy from this website call fansview.com who takes pictures of people at cons for a hobby. We stayed there from about 5 until 9 or so, at which point we went back to Travis house for some good old fashion Halo co-op until about 3 AM.



Saturday we were at the con from about noon to 9 or so again. Posed for a lot of pictures once more, and met some very nice ladies who were big fans of the armor. I got a little scared by the guys who dressed as girls, wasn’t expecting that, but the con was overall a blast and I’m going to have to make it a point to go to more Anime cons.

On Friday the 19th, and Saturday the 20th a lone advance recon scout from the TK-Bear Crew will be sent to the far reaches of Northern Kentucky to investigate an event known only as an...Anime Con!



Expect a full report on Monday as our Brave Trooper returns with photo recon and many stories!

It was a great November 9th. Hope you all had a great Halo day too. Enjoyed playing that wonderful game today, and look forward to playing it tomorrow and the next day too.
Guess this means we should get going on our halo armor, huh?

Some behind the scenes updates have been made. Such as the reorganizing of files, page set-ups, and so on, which means that visible updates are just around the corner.

Yes, November is here and I still haven’t been able to make to many updates. I just haven’t had enough time to make them. I am hoping to have some time this weekend to post some stuff up. There will also be some new R2 progress pictures to show too.
